This bread, that contains cheese inside, is called "Dutch bread" but I have no idea whether this is really originated from the Netherlands or not... Sketched on the 14th of November, 2009.
There are walnuts inside this round bread. I used Holbein oil pastels that I rarely use together with my favorite Senneliers, then I had some difficulty to handle several different brands. Sketched on the 17th of October, 2009.
Another half of this daikon, japanese white radish was already eaten. I found this half left in the fridge and I liked the skin and dehydrated surface of the cut end. Sketched on the 16th of February, 2010. #76 of the book.
This is another carrot from the vegetables at the local market in Shiga pref (same as the previous post). Sketched on the 25th of March, 2010. I used Watson Pastel paper which was new to me. These vegetable sketches are some kind of experiment.
I'm tweeting. Language I mainly tweet is Japanese but any language-tweeter is welcome! Follow me!
