This stuffed monkey is a handmade product by Barbara Sansoni, Barefoot, Sri Lanka. Actually, this is the second one I purchased —as a mother's day gift. Sketched this on the 7th May, 2007.
My wife displayed these purple and yellow irises while I was out for a trip. I sketched them on the day I got back because the flowers may fade in a couple of days! Sketched them on the day before yesterday.
The same bread as the one I posted yesterday. I don't know it is still called "baguette" in the narrow meaning, but the shape is like this. :) I sketched this in 15 minutes because I did drawing while my wife was cooking dinner.
Well, thanking to the comment on the Mantegna baguette from jalexis, I can build my poor vocabulary...
A small gift at a Vietnamese restaurant in Nagoya. I heard this small ceramic tableware is from Bát tràng village in Vietnam. I painted this on the 30th March, 2007.
