A leather boot

I sketched one leather boot right after buying. These boots are for both fieldwork and town walking. A lot of people in Syria told me that the boots were so nice and asked they were Italian boots or not. Unfortunately, these are American product... Well, I agree that Italian shoes/boots are pretty good. Sketched on the 16th of March, 2009. #123 of the book.

Desert boots

Pair of my brand-new Timberland desert boots. I have bought them because the soles of the old ones (yellowish ones, see my previous paintings) are partly broken and I needed extra boots.Have painted this on the 2nd January, 2007, the exact day I bought them.

Desert boots

I use these Timberland’s desert boots for my fieldwork. I drew this on the 30th of August, 2005 as an “hommage” to Vincent van Gogh. I have visited an exhibition of Van Gogh’s works on that day.
